
As a former corporate executive and Division I athlete, Carrie brings a unique perspective to her coaching practice; combining the best coaching techniques with her own experiences working and competing in high-performance environments to help individuals grow to their fullest potential.
With 20 years of corporate experience, Carrie has worked, and led teams, in a high-pressure and high-stress environment, and knows what it takes to deliver exceptional output at all levels of an organization. In addition, as a former Division I Track & Field Athlete, Carrie has experienced firsthand how a great coach can build confidence, hold people accountable, and champion individuals and teams to achieve their goals.
Carrie specializes in guiding leaders as they take on more responsibility or face critical performance challenges, with a particular interest in helping female leaders and working parents navigate the complexities of career and family demands.
Carrie has a BA in Applied Mathematics with Economics from Harvard University. She holds a Certified Professional Co-Active Coaching (CPCC) certification from Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from International Coaching Federation. Carrie is an avid runner, skier, and cyclist and resides in Lake Tahoe with her husband and two children.
